Moodle & More Training Series
As the Instructional Technology Specialist at Nazareth University, I designed and delivered multi-format training sessions to accommodate diverse faculty schedules. I facilitated live virtual sessions via Zoom, hybrid options for both on- and off-campus attendees, and face-to-face workshops. I also created self-paced tutorials authored in Camtasia and Loom. For both live and self-paced training, I sent targeted communications at pivotal points in the semester to drive engagement. An overview of these sessions and resources are provided below.
Virtual, Hybrid, and Face-to-Face Sessions
Each semester, I coordinated live training experiences for faculty. I aligned the timing and topics of my training sessions with the academic calendar to meet faculty's needs. For example, I offered Moodle sessions for beginners and "refreshers" at the start of the semester, shifted focus to the Moodle gradebook and assessment tools near midterms, and balanced these with one or two advanced topics throughout the term. Although training focused heavily on the Moodle LMS, I also delivered training an other points of faculty interest, such as using video to engage students in online and hybrid courses.

Self-Paced Tutorials
Using Camtasia, I created self-paced tutorials targeting the most common technical support trends. Additionally, I used Loom to develop just-in-time video resources to complement and support my one-on-one faculty training sessions. As project lead for a Moodle 4.5 upgrade, I developed tutorials that targeted the most commonly used

TLT Training & Workshops Catalog & Playlist
To support faculty development, I created the TLT Training & Workshops Catalog and the TLT Moodle & Moore Playlist (shown right. Through the catalog, I provided schedules, detailed descriptions, and registration links for live events. The playlist served as a video repository for faculty to access training session recordings and self-paced tutorials on YouTube. Click on the thumbnails on the right to view each resource.
