The following project overviews provide examples of some of my experience with project management and emerging tech initiatives over the last 25 years as an Instructional Designer and Technology Specialist.

Managing a Major LMS Upgrade for Faculty, Staff, and Students

As LMS Administrator for the Nazareth University campus, I served as project manager for a Moodle system upgrade. 

Teaching & Learning with Tech: Disseminating Best Practices

Collaborative initiatives I led at RIT to foster learning among faculty and improve online accessibility practices. 

Exploring Emering Tech:
Instructional Technology Pilots

As project lead, I partnered with RIT  faculty and staff to investigate emerging classroom and online technologies.

An online mini course on creating a more accessible online learning environment for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students
